AbitibiBowater produces approximately 1.0 million metric tons of market pulp at five facilities in North America, which represents approximately 6% of North American capacity. We also sell market pulp in numerous overseas markets. Market pulp is used to make a range of consumer products including tissue, packaging, specialty paper products, diapers and other absorbent products.
